Insurance
At REViVE Pain Solutions, we specialize in innovative non-surgical pain treatment that are not typically covered by insurance. While some insurance plans may suggest coverage, our experience indicates this is often not the case.
Although we do not accept insurance, we can assist you if you wish to seek reimbursement. After your treatment, we will provide a detailed receipt of the services received and their associated costs. You can submit this receipt to your insurance company to request reimbursement. Generally patients have more success dealing directly with their own insurance companies. Note: Medicare does not cover our services.
